Important notice for Shipping & Delivery

It is the customers responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address in the appropriate format. Please be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Fayha The Label LTD assumes no responsibility. We are unbale to offer a refund or send a new order out unless it is purchased again. If you have any concerns related to delivery addresses please email customerservices@fayhathelabel.com with your order number.


Shipping processing time

All of our orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Please note in particularly busy periods our processing times are longer and can take up to 3-4 working days, although we always endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped and with the courier, we have no control over the shipping process. All shipping times are an estimate provided by the courier. Weekends and Bank Holidays can have an impact on both shipping and delivery times.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be advised that Fayha The Label LTD is not accountable for any customs, taxes, or tariffs applied to your order outside the UK. The customer is solely responsible for any payments related to customs, taxes, and tariffs imposed on their orders. For accurate information on customs fees, please contact your local courier.

It is important to note that upon reaching the destination country, the time taken for customs clearance may affect the delivery schedule. Unfortunately, we have no control over this aspect.

In the event that a customer refuses to pay customs fees, a deduction will be made from the total order amount, including the shipping fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer once Fayha The Label LTD receives the returned package.
