At Fayha The Label, offering a quality service and quality clothing is of upmost importance to us. We ensure we use premium fabrics.

Due to the delicate nature of our handmade abayas and the craftsmanship we do not accept returns. In addition to this all of our abayas, especially those with handmade detailing should always be handwashed. Due to the nature of our shipping, regrettably we do not have the capacity to facilitate exchanges.

We encourage all customers to look at pictures, look at videos, read reviews, read product descriptions and  review measurements prior to making a purchase.

Customer satifaction is of the uptomst importance to us at Fayha The Label. In the rare instance you receive a defective or damaged item please contact our customer support team within 72 hours of receiving the item at customerservices@fayhathelabel.com. We will be more than happy to help, resolving any issues is extremely important to us.

If a return is made without being approved and agreed to by the team we will not accept it. Unfortunately you will also bear the postage cost for us to send it back to you.
